Bringing Years of Management

 Expertise to Your Project

My professional career consists of about 15 years at a worldwide Civil/Structural Engineering Firm and working with Architects and the build/design teams. I began as a file clerk and worked my way up, eventually running the Structural department Administrative team and on into running the corporate Administrative team as LEAD Administration working directly with the Board of Directors, Presidents, and CEOs. My responsibilities literally included anything and everything in the office needed and management level as well as project management for a team of engineers and architects on the world's largest oil refinery overseas with a team of about 6 countries and multiple interpreters.

I also assisted in licensing on all levels. I have extensive knowledge of all Microsoft products, meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, making company templates-standards-procedures-protocols and draft contracts working with the office paralegal, contract controller, and ALL office duties, including managing and maintaining daily flow with a sense of urgency, fast-paced, detail and deadline oriented schedule. I also have extensive knowledge of multiple accounting programs also, working and assisting with AP/AR, monthly financials, and reporting.

Additional Career Growth in Texas

With my project management experience working on the world's largest oil refinery overseas and my work with Exxon, Mobile, Chevron, and Government Contracts for the oil/gas industries and after leaving the engineering firm to begin and finalize my lifelong goals of owning my own businesses, this led me to Texas where I began an amazing and beautiful career working ALL over the state of Texas with C& J Energy (now NexTier), Halliburton, Aerion Rentals and a few other industry leaders. My titles also included AP/AR and Office Manager and involved all duties and aspects of the titles while I experienced a learning curve with new programs used in this industry, such as SAGE/SAP/Quickbooks, among many others.

Healthcare Background

I returned to Colorado due to family reasons and began/continued the career path that led me to North Suburban Hospital working in the OBGYN department as Office Manager to the three (3) doctors that owned the practice on site as well as about 15 other locations. As a professional that values self-care and maintains my own health/wellness - this opportunity also opened up an additional opportunity. I am also pursuing and am currently studying to become a "certified" health/wellness/transformation/weight loss coach and also actively building to help individuals improve their overall health/wellness to live their best healthy life, for them and forever change their lives and their families.
